In 2009 LK Development appointed LED lightning project and green energy related projects to be company's core targets.
Moreover, in the beginning of 2009 LK Development has introduced a huge innovation having attracted massive attention and success - ESCO scheme (Energy Saving Company Scheme). LK Development has introduced ESCO scheme benefits and advantages and started implementing ESCO model in Lithuania successfully collaborating with public and private institutions in the implementation of ESCO scheme in Lithuania and neighboring countries. ESCO scheme introduced and promoted by LK Development has been recognized and treated as an important step forward in energy saving.
LKD has started to promote LED when the awareness about LED was very little, therefore we had to do massive work to introduce the LED and to show the values and benefits of LED comparing them with regular lighting solutions currently used in Lithuania and neighboring countries. Since LKD started the overview of the existing market trends and demands, we found out lots of new information, increased LED related expertise and know-how as well as gained a lot of experience. All of that made us the best LED experts in Lithuania as well as the only ESCO scheme experts in Lithuania. You can see all the stages of implementation and cooperation with municipalities in different countries - this is what we have reached till this moment.
